CRANE FORKS

 Crane forks are used when palletised goods have to be lifted to heights higher than can be reached by forklift trucks. For example brick and concrete packs may be needed at high levels for building work.

Crane forks are also used where the ground is also unsuitable for fork lift trucks such as construction sites. Some designs provide a multi purpose suspension bracket for centred location and others are self correcting spring balanced. The use of safety nets is recommended at all times.

WEBBING RATCHET LASHINGS

Manufactured from the finest quality, high tenacity polyester webbing, with the ability to sustain a force of up to 5000 Kgs at a popular standard width of 5Omm.  Higher capacity webbing with various widths are also available.  Used in all areas of transport and shipping, the lightweight flexible lashings can be quickly secured by one operator.  Webbing systems are tensioned by means of a ratchet tensioner with integral handle and fail safe release.  A good choice of end fittings are available and sliding wear sleeves are recommended to provide protection on corners.

WEBBING WINCHES

Webbing systems can also be secured by means of a fixed tensioning method.

CHAIN and LOAD BINDERS

Various size lashing chains are available for securing very heavy loads when they are being transported.  Robust load binders, with a simple grab and cantilever action, are used to tension the chain.

LORRY ROPES

A choice of polypropylene ropes can be cut to the required length.  Nylon and polyester ropes are also available.
